To prevent clogging and conserve water, we installed new, higher velocity flush toilets in our apartments! The tall, narrow reservoir allows for greater efficiency and a stronger flush that ultimately minimizes potential inconveniences for our customers. The toilets we removed were still in great condition, so we donated our previous toilets to Habitat for Humanity. After weeks of construction, the left apartment at 1311 W Leigh Street is finally complete! This apartment has three large bedrooms and, after the renovation, has a kitchen and living room with new floors, paint, and appliances. The bathrooms have also been redone and replaced with high velocity flush toilets.
