Submitting an application for a University Property apartment is simple and secure. We partner with Rentspree to provide customers with a seamless, convenient way to complete the application process and sign their lease. The process is entirely electronic and can be completed on your phone. There is a $40 fee, which is for a Credit Report and Background Check, and is paid directly to TransUnion. This cost will be incurred for each application submitted through Rentspree. You can apply below.
