THE APOLLO

Three Bedroom - Three Bathroom Apartments

Perfect for three friends who want to share an an apartment, or work-from-home (WFH) professionals who would like extra space to work or for visiting family.

THE NIKE

Three Bedroom - Two Bathroom Apartments

The Nike Apartments are a cost-effective solution for three roommates. One less bathroom than The Apollo but with the full suite of amenities. Also perfect for students or WFH professionals who would like the extra room for office space or studio.

  • One bedroom has an en suite bathroom; the second bathroom is a "jack-and-jill"-style shared bathroom. 

  • Kitchens are fully-equipped.  

  • "Great Room" format combines kitchen, dining and living room.

  • Free permit parking for Nike residents.

  • Free high speed internet access and Spectrum TV.

Single Rooms

Looking for a single room with shared common areas? The Spartan is perfect for you.  We pair our Spartan residents in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plan.  All utilities are provided, as well as free high speed internet service.

FACILITIES

  • Bedroom Option 1 has its own en suite bathroom.

  • Bedroom Option 2 shares a large “jack-and-jill” style bathroom. 

  • Kitchens are fully-equipped.

  • "Great Room" format combines kitchen, dining and living room.

  • All utilities included in rent except electric ($25/month electricity credit).

Our Core Values

Our immediate safety plans contemplate converting apartment access controls to PIN-activated locks or the Openpath app, modernizing fire safety equipment and enhancing exterior lighting. PIN-locks eliminate risks associated with lost, stolen or copied keys, and allow us to assign unique PINs that can be changed at our residents' request or when new residents move in.  Plans include installing video monitoring equipment, especially for the parking areas.  We are also evaluating whether the latest package delivery technology may be suitable. Stay tuned for updates!

We work hard to maintain clean communal areas, and we adopt consistent pest control protocols.  When residents depart, we take the opportunity to renovate  and paint apartments to ensure new residents arrive to a clean and sparkling new home.

We are proactive in tackling any issues that may impact our residents' living experience. If you have maintenance issues, let's tackle them and get them resolved. Our residents lead busy and sometimes complicated lives, juggling work, school, family and social commitments - connectivity from home has never been more important.  All of our properties provide free, high-speed internet service, which we will continue to enhance over time. 

Paying rent from anywhere, any time has never been easier: we provide residents with a monthly invoice with a link to our payment platform, which offers multiple payment methods, including ACH, debit cards, credit cards, and electronic wallet options.

Are pets allowed at Reynolds Place Apartments?


Pets are not permitted at Reynolds Place Apartments, other than under exceptional circumstances, and only when approved by University Property.




I'm ready to apply. What's the process?


Submitting an application for a University Property apartment is simple and secure. We partner with Rentspree to provide customers with a seamless, convenient way to complete the application process and sign their lease. The process is entirely electronic and can be completed on your phone. An application fee of $45, is not due until you have completed the application, and are ready to submit. You can apply here. What are the transportation options to campus?


Reynolds Place Apartments is located close to the UNCG campus on Spring Garden Street. The Heat bus runs along Spring Garden Street, plus there is a bike lane, which is popular. Our residents also use Lime scooters, which is a scooter sharing platform. Apollo, Athena and Nike apartments come with resident permit parking included. If you are a Spartan, renting as a single, you can pay $25 a month for a resident car parking permit.




Are the apartments furnished?


All of our apartments are unfurnished.




Are short-term or month-to-month leases offered?


Our leases are almost always for one year but we will occasionally rent for a shorter period, depending on the time of year. We do not rent on a month-to-month basis.




Are utilities included in rent?


All utilities (other than electricity) are fully included in monthly rent. We provide free high-speed internet and Spectrum TV. For Apollo, Athena and Nike residents, electicity must be obtained from Duke Energy and paid for directly to them. Spartan residents (singles) receive a $25 rent credit from us and are invoiced by us for any excess electricity they may owe.




Will I need a co-signer for my lease?


The necessity for a co-signer depends on many factors which we won't know until you complete your application. These factors include your monthly income, your credit history, and your rental history, among others. In general, we have found that most people who have regular employment satisfy the income requirements of the application. We have also found that, in general, most full-time students who don't have a housing allowance or other forms of financial assistance, will need to have a co-signer for their application to be accepted.
