We are excited to welcome our new residents, vendors, and staff in Greensboro, NC!
We recently completed the acquisition of Reynolds Place Apartments and Campus II Apartments on Spring Garden Street, near UNC Greensboro. UNCG is a growing, diverse university just like the City of Greensboro itself. Greensboro is also home to four other 4-year universities, including North Carolina A&T.
Our Safe. Clean. Quality. Connected.™ program is already underway. Within a few weeks we expect to implement the most important safety features of the program, including enhanced fire safety, video monitoring, and access control technology. Our maintenance protocol will also soon be evident to our residents. Over the long-term, we plan for significant renovations and upgrades throughout the living spaces.
