To formally apply for residence in one of our properties, all applicants must complete a Lease Application Form and submit it, along with an application payment of $35, so that your candidacy may be evaluated. All applications are considered on a case-by-case basis and include background checks of varying degrees of depth. There is no single formula for approval. A candidate’s prior rental history will be considered. A candidate that has a limited employment history is likely to be required to have a co-signatory to the lease, acting as an additional financially responsible party.
Once you are approved as a renting customer, we will provide you with a form of lease for your signature.
Certain of our properties allow for a separate lease for each customer in an apartment with multiple bedrooms. Each bedroom is individually keyed, and customers share common spaces such as the kitchen and bathrooms. This enables our customers to have the flexibility and improved financial certainty of a single, but at lower cost.
