To formally apply for residence in one of our Richmond apartments, all applicants must complete a Lease Application Form, which can be accessed by clicking on the “Apply for this Apartment Now” button in the viewing page for that apartment.  If you have difficulty accessing the link via that button or we can help you in any way, please e-mail us at RVALeasing@university-property.com. The cost of the application, which is for a Credit Report and Background Check, is $39.99.

 

A candidate that has a limited employment history is likely to be required to have a co-signer to the lease, acting as an additional financially responsible party. The additional financially responsible party will also need to fill out an application.

 

Once you are approved as a renting customer, we will provide you with a form of lease for your signature. There is a $60 administrative fee per applicant, which will be prorated and paid each month over the life of your lease (i.e. $5 per month).
