Taking Care During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Updated: Feb 24, 2021

The events of the last few weeks have been shocking and frightening for our company, our residents, and our staff. We have been paying close attention to announcements from federal, state, and city public health officials to discern what we can do to manage our buildings in a manner that’s safe for our residents and our staff. Our customers rely on us to maintain the buildings where they live, so that their homes are safe, clean, and functional, while they shelter-in-place. The health and safety of our staff and key vendors are also vitally important to us—we are grateful to them for their ongoing, essential work. We have taken a few immediate steps: (1) we have eliminated any non-essential service calls in apartments, (2) we have reduced vendor work to include only essential services, such as fire safety and waste removal, (3) we have significantly expanded our cleaning services in common areas to include extensive wiping of frequently handled surfaces, and (4) we have eliminated all marketing visits to apartments by prospective customers. Our residents can always reach us by phone or text message at 1-833-UNIPROP.

If you are a prospective new resident, we would normally be happy to make arrangements to show you apartments that we expect to become available. Given the various protocols in place, we can no longer do that until we hear from public health officials that it is safe. In lieu of in-person visits, we are offering on-line tours, using the visuals on our website. If you are interested in such a tour, please click on the green “Contact Us Now” box on the cover page of our website to introduce yourself, and we will follow-up with you.
